Welcome to hassle-free Move-in, Move-out cleaning service. New baby, end of life and estate cleaning services. Chose our Broom Clean to ensure a swift and efficient transition, leaving your space refreshed and ready for its new chapter. Or, need a deeper transformation? Our “Deep Clean” services go beyond the surface, tackling every nook and cranny to create a pristine, welcoming environment.

Broom Sweep: $60 an hour – clean counters, clean floors, sparkling bathrooms, dusting from the ceiling down, and shining baseboards.

Deep Clean: $.50 a square foot – includes Broom Sweep package PLUS inside and outside of cupboards, major appliances and more (no stone left unturned).

Our meticulous approach includes the creation of lock-out closets, ensuring security and convenience, and paired that with deep cleaning for a spotless space. We go beyond the basics with site testing to guarantee an exceptional guest experience. Site testing includes in-person stay-over and space analysis to ensure patron comfort, safety, and cleanliness. This process provides you with a detailed analysis report outlining areas of success and any necessary adjustments for the rental space..

Residential Cleaning

Our Process: 

1st visit is a “Deep Clean” at $60 per hour, per worker

 –we prepare the space for ongoing upkeep. 

Once-per-month Upkeep: $0.10 cents per square foot

Twice-per-month Upkeep: $0.09 cents per square foot

Once a week Upkeep: $0.08 cents per square foot
